Publication: Bishop Chukwu has published research on the Phytochemical and Antimicrobial effect of the leaves of Mallotus oppositifolius. It is mostly known as Mallotus in Africa. The plant can be used in traditional medicines as an antifungal, anti parasitic, and as a wound treatment. Some variants of Mallotus are on the IUCN list of vulnerable plant species.
